Shipping policy

At Wild Whiskers Premium Beard Oil, we’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Once your order has been prepared, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

During product launches, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.


Shipping Rates

  • FREE Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $60
  • Orders under $60 will be charged shipping at checkout based on the destination and shipping method selected.


Estimated Delivery Times

After your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–4 business days

Please note these are estimates and are not guaranteed.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us immediately. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges before they can be resent.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is the carrier’s responsibility.

Wild Whiskers Premium Beard Oil is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, carrier issues, holidays, or other events outside our control.

If your package appears lost, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you still need assistance, contact us and we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue.

Wild Whiskers is not responsible for stolen packages that have been marked as delivered.


Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged product
  • Photos of the shipping package

We’ll review the claim and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.


International Shipping

At this time, Wild Whiskers Premium Beard Oil ships only within the United States.

We hope to expand internationally in the future.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders begin processing quickly to ensure fast delivery.

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
